Thirteen Assumption Together groups from Maharashtra, Kerala, Bihar, Assam, and Jharkhand celebrated Christmas and New Year in a spirit of prayer and fellowship. James Mathew, the Assumption Together representative in India, shared with the Sisters and community members the experiences and decisions of the 2024 General Chapter held in Paris.
The meetings took place both in person, in Vithalwadi, Pune, and Rajodi, and online via Google Meet for the communities in Kerala and Jharkhand. A WhatsApp group was also created to keep all communities informed and connected.
The celebrations were marked by a spirit of unity and joy, reflecting the commitment to mission and the continuous growth of Assumption Together communities in India.
