The Assumption College-Lycée of N’Djamena, in Chad, carries out its educational mission in a context marked by high temperatures and limited access to electricity. These conditions directly affect the well-being of students and teachers, as well as the quality of learning in classrooms.
Improving the physical environment of the classrooms is essential to ensure suitable learning conditions and enhance students’ concentration and performance.
The project involves the installation of solar-powered fans, an effective and environmentally friendly solution. This initiative will make classrooms cooler and more comfortable, reducing the impact of extreme heat during the school day.
Using solar energy also helps overcome electricity supply limitations and promotes a sustainable and long-lasting solution.
The main objective is to improve learning conditions by ensuring proper classroom ventilation and creating a healthier study environment. At the same time, the project promotes the use of renewable energy, aligning education with environmental responsibility.
